Distance – Reiki. Therapeutic Touch or Custom Short Session

45 – 60 minutes including all components (times per section may vary)

10-15 minutes to choose an affirmation

Reiki strives to achieve energetic balance through deep relaxation. Whether in person or at a distance, the facilitator places hands in various positions on or just above the client’s head and body. Universal Energy (Ki) is channeled to the client. Emphasis is placed on the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Therapeutic Touch also promotes wellness through relaxation. In this modality, whether in person or at a distance, the facilitator first centres their own energy. Once centred, the facilitator assesses, smooths out, clears and supports the alignment of the client’s energy field.

The ability to relax can be effective in decreasing pain and anxiety, boosting the immune system, providing more restful sleep and supporting your ability to act as opposed to react in challenging situations.

Custom Short Session using muscle monitoring Muscle monitoring sessions focus on deeper, more engrained patterns. The session seek to find the stressors that engage the your body’s fight or flight mechanism which can be creating tension, anxiety and pain. When you release the engrained patterns and attitudes that have been holding you back – standing in your way – it is easier love, acknowledge and accept yourself. When you find inner peace, you stand taller, and you are more resourceful and able to accomplish your goals with greater ease. Goals which now align with your highest and greatest good.

Distance – Custom Bioenergetic work using Muscle Monitoring

90 – 120 minutes including all components (times per section may vary)

15 – 30 minutes to choose an affirmation
60 – 90 minute session
10 – 15 minutes debrief – homework given

Custom distance sessions use muscle monitoring to determine the stress the body is carrying and the method the body would prefer to release this stress. The list of techniques include: Acupressure, sound with tuning forks, Attitude with Essence, Tibetan or 5 Element Figure 8s to name a few.

Custom bioenergetic sessions focus on deeper, more engrained patterns. The patterns engaging the fight or flight response which, over time, will contribute to a client’s underlying stress load and result in tension, anxiety and pain.

In all distance sessions, the facilitator surrogates for the client.

The purpose of this custom session is to support your ability to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

Distance – Finding Centre

Approximately 30 minutes

$50.00 plus GST

Feeling unbalanced or disconnected? Perhaps you are more emotional than usual or quite the opposite, analyzing every little thing? Realignment of the Aura-Body supports your ability to be present and to feel centred, whole and relaxed. You are able to be far more productive because you are able to be proactive instead of reactive when facing life’s challenges.

The first part of the session is an interview where I ask questions and we talk in order to uncover your goals, and your personal relationship to the challenge at hand. Once my inner knower understands what you need, in order to make changes with ease, I intuitively craft a personalized hypnosis session. I guide you on a journey in order to let you make the shifts that allow you to reach your goals. Hypnosis supports you in bypassing the resistance in your conscious mind and drops you into a state where you can better align with what you truly desire.

During treatments, Tracy uses her intuitive gift and training in Reiki to connect with the individual being treated. Each session is unique as it depends on what the client brings to the session on that day. That is the benefit of Reiki, you receive a treatment based on what your highest self requires in that very moment. Treatments are gentle and can be touch or non-touch-based. The client can choose to be comfortably seated or laying down on a massage table with blankets and pillows. How the healing takes place depends on the level of trust and surrender from the individual person. As a person, you have a physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spirit/soul. In today’s world, many of us limit our connection to ourselves and use only one or two of these forms. Tracy guides you to connect the dots to bring your full self back into balance.
