Lemurian Healing™ is an ancient energy healing used to balance and harmonize your energy bodies. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Lemurian Healing™ is simple, gentle and calming.

Using her spiritual wisdom, Tannis will take you to place of deep healing within yourself. To awaken healing communication between your higher-self and physical body. Healing techniques are used to clear and activate your chakras and four energy bodies. Helping you to release what is no longer serving you, get rid of old belief systems and clearing energy blocks.

During a one hour session, you will begin with a consultation to understand your current health goals. A clear, mutual intent for the healing session will be decided then the healing work will begin. This is a hands-on modality, you may be seated or lying on a healing table fully clothed.

Tannis will place her hands on your head, shoulders and other part’s of your body that need healing. Sacred toning may also be used to enhance the healing. At the end of the session, you will be provided with a customized healing plan allowing you to continue healing even after the session has ended.

Sessions can be very deep, profound and very effective. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

TRACY MARSHALL

Tracy Marshall came to Vancouver from Ireland in 2015 to help others grow using the innate power within the heart, mind, spirit, and soul. Following Tracy’s own personal journey with a back injury, she was guided to help others find alternative and effective healing solutions. Tracy is an Intuitive Reiki Master and Empowerment Coach who uses gentle but effective technics to help guide you through tough times in your life. Whether that includes physical illness, pain, or mental, emotional issues.

Tracy has many years of experience working with cancer patients, chronic pain, anxiety, and has a special interest in working with all types of health care professionals to teach them how to care for people without taking home the heavy and dense energy.

GRÂ is the Gaelic word for Love. Tracy believes that working from a place of “Genuine, Raw, and Authentic” energy is more than enough to create balance and healing within the body. Tracy’s heart-centred approach to her passion creates a safe healing space for all who are called to grow at this time. It takes courage to grow and heal. Tracy appreciates each person for choosing to take that step. As healing is not easy sometimes, Tracy also makes sure that laughter is part of the healing journey for all.

During treatments, Tracy uses her intuitive gift and training in Reiki to connect with the individual being treated. Each session is unique as it depends on what the client brings to the session on that day. That is the benefit of Reiki, you receive a treatment based on what your highest self requires in that very moment. Treatments are gentle and can be touch or non-touch-based. The client can choose to be comfortably seated or laying down on a massage table with blankets and pillows. Introduction to Unlearning  40 min $80

This session is intended for those curious about healing, Reiki, or self empowerment and that have not seen Tracy before. She offers these sessions to help those become excited to unlearn from the past and release limitations placed on us by our families, teachers, society, our ancestors, or ourselves. If you are feeling stuck, hopeless, or misaligned, this session could be for you. This is a fully seated session using a combination of talk therapy and energy healing.

Paws For Healing – Reiki for Dogs & their Humans  30 min $70

Tracy will use her intuitive gifts to make a soul connection between dogs and their owners. Dogs are such a gift of unconditional love and as a result, dogs can teach us so much about the power of unconditional love. Tracy brings in her healing ability to help balance you and your soul family member into harmony, love, and joy.

Prerequisites: Please ensure dogs are relatively clean prior to session as this is a healing space shared by many. You may bring your own cushion for your dog.

Indian Champissage Head Massage -60 minute session 

Indian Champissage is a Head Massage, which has been practiced in India for over 1,000 years. It is a form of massage that focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, and upper arms which are important energy centers within the body where tension accumulates resulting in stiff necks and shoulders as well as headaches. This form of massage combines physical massage with a more subtle form of energy balancing which affects a person’s energy centers. This Ayurvedic element of Chakra energy balancing focuses on the three higher chakras and has a powerful effect and can bring the energy of the whole body back into balance creating a deep sense of peace, calm, and well-being. Treatment is carried out while the recipient is sitting down and fully clothed.

The course contains the following:
• What is Reiki and how it actually works
• The different stages/levels of Reiki

• Explanation of Attunement/initiation process & first level attunements
• Meditation/visualization

• Sharing of experiences of Attunement/initiations, practicing Reiki, and questions
• Practice of giving Reiki for self-healing, chair treatment, and a couch/bed treatment

• Considerations when giving Reiki & the possible effects during/following a Reiki treatment

Please note course pre-requisite: Tracy will need to see you for a 90 minute session if you have never had a session with her previously.

Due to COVID-19 Protocols – You will receive Reiki Level 1 Training one on one with Tracy Marshall. The training will be split up into two separate sessions lasting 2 hours each in length. The second portion of the training will take place 3-4 weeks following the first session.

• Mobile Phones: Please note mobile phones will be silenced during the workshop and at certain phases will be fully switched off.
